Bovey Tracey Town Council have been approached by Sainsbury's agents to build a store on community land. The land is protected by a covenant and is set aside for community use/benefit.
A Supermarket here will not benefit our town and will ruin independent businesses.

We the undersigned strongly oppose the building of a supermarket of any kind within the parish of Bovey Tracey.
We believe that it will ruin our town centre and destroy our traders.
