According to scientific evidence, life begins at conception or fertilization.
According to the Constitution, we must protect both the lives of the mother and the unborn child.
The RH Bill is inconsistent with these two. Hence the RH Bill should be rejected.
We, the undersigned, call upon the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines to reject the RH Bill and to instead pass a law that will protect the unborn child in accordance with the Constitution.
