As residents of the neighbouring area, we are constantly subjected to inordinately loud bass boosted "music" and dj's and on occasion, a revving motor cycle, on a microphone, over weekends.
This noise nuisance has often gone on until the early hours of a Saturday, Sunday and also Monday mornings.
We have endured many years of a club, previously Tempo's and Tropical Sunset Beach, now Platinum Belt Lounge from the premises on the corner of Malibongwe and Dawn Rd in Mostyn Park.
We the undersigned call on Sbu Mthembu and Environment Health - Pollution Control and JMPD to remove the ability for anyone or any entity to make or cause to be made, any noise nuisance, from the property on the corner of Malibongwe Drive and Dawn Road, Mostyn Park, now and in the future.
