KITE FLYING AT NIGHT. Thoughtless individuals are causing unnecessary misery to many by leaving noisy plastic bags with loud "bulls" (called kites) flying all night long.
These so called kites are wrecking the lives of BARBADIAN citizens living in affected areas by depriving them of sleep,peace and a right to live their lives without this horrendous, invasive disturbance.

We, the undersigned, call on the Citizens of BARBADOS to support the Petition to prohibit the flying of noisy "bull" kites especially at night.
