In the city of Kingston New York we are surrounded by sex offenders. Last night October 31, 2009 (halloween) there was about 5-9 sex offenders passing out candy to kids.
I think they should be in the house by 3:00pm and not allowed to come out until 6:00am.
We, the undersigned, call on the state of New York to stop all sex offenders passing out candy on halloween to kids.
