Demand Congress Forgo Government Sponsored Healthcare for Senators and Representatives

We the undersigned, in order to promote equality in healthcare coverage, demand that members of the U.S. House and Senate forgo government provided health insurance through the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) and instead purchase policies individually through the free market.

Until a viable, affordable and truly universal health insurance option is made available to ALL citizens of the United States of America, members of Congress should be denied access to "government run," taxpayer subsidized healthcare coverage.
