Background (Preamble):
It has been ten (10) months down the line after the establishment of an Inclusive government in Zimbabwe which both parties thought they would share power as the agreement.
It even started when the MDC demands were not metcouple with the arrest of senior MDC officials such as Roy Bennet follow by many other which were meant to reduce the number of MDC MPs in parliament. The marriage of convenience has unfolded in the past few weeks, with MPs boycoting Parliament, and the recent visit of the PM Hon. Morgan Tsvangirai to SADC Countries after Mugabe had taken grip in putting shame to their short stayed power sharing.
Human rights abuse, un lawfull arrest, intimidation and harassment of MDC top officials and Supporters and the deportetion of Mr. Manfred Nowak the UN Expert on torture at Harare international airport has fallen outside of the UKBA stance on NO Returns to Zimbabwe. Fellow Friends Rally behind Nottingham Zimbabwe Community Network, NNRF, No Boarders UK, and Anti-deportetion Nottingham to relay this injustice act by the UKBA Home Office Secretary Alan Johnson as published.
We plead for his Mercies and allow us Stay for there is no Change yet to the June 2008 elections rerun. Thank you in advance your Honorable Alan Johnson on behalf of the Zimbabweans in the UK.

Petition:
ZIM: Petition: No Forced Returns to Zimbabwe!
Forcible returns to Zimbabwe were suspended since September 2006, when high court judges ruled that those who could not demonstrate their loyalty to Robert Mugabe’s regime would face persecution on their return. The UK government has now announced that they will be resuming returns of people to Zimbabwe.
The Home Office say that there have been improvements in Zimbabwe since the formation of the unity government, with Morgan Tsvangirai, leader of the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC), as prime minister under President Mugabe.
In fact, in the past few days allegations of arrest, intimidation and harassment of supporters of the MDC and of human rights defenders have been widely reported. The UN’s monitor on torture was forcibly expelled from the capital, Harare, at the end of October and Amnesty International has warned that Zimbabwe is "on the brink of sliding back into violence".
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---
Despite the UK government’s claims that Zimbabwe is stable, events on the ground show that Zimbabweans that are returned will be at risk.
We demand that no-one is sent back to Zimbabwe against their will.
