Moss Park Homeowners Request for Developer and Builder Maintenance

Background (Preamble):
Moss Park Homeowners are being asked to sign for the following issues to be resolved prior to change of management.
1) Walls: developed holes and need repair/replaced.
2) Streets and Curbs: cracked and need repair (Existing and future builders to place escrow funds for repairing damage of streets, curbs, and grounds incurred by contractors).
3) Landscape : Trees need replacing and picnic/playground area to be completed as stated.
4) Dock: require copy of all permits and approvals by county, etc.. (Safety issues).
5) Fence: Wrought Iron and/or shrub only (Beazer Homes representation to all Buyers at point of sale) Remove and replace white PVC fencing at Lot 22.
6) Signage: all signs to be uniform with Moss Park Logo.
7) Adherence to Covenants and Restictions by all Homeowners

We, the undersigned, call on Leland Management, CNL, and Beazer Homes to resolve the issues and mandate necessary changes as stated above.
