Modified dress code for JISD

Background (Preamble):
rules are must have a collar shirt and it can not be a button down, no torn jeans, no flip flops ect.
teachers are paid every month and must provide own wardrobe.

Petition:
The dress code is annoying, right? Well in this economy our parents and teachers don't have a lot of money to to buy a second wardrobe. And we all know we want to just wear t-shirts instead of collars.
The teachers arent paid enough buy a whole bunch of clothes that are like $30 to $40. Because, collars are like $10 to $15 each, while t-shirts are like $5, we would t-shirts wear it more and be happy.
And if we can't be ourselves in expression of clothes, it against our first amendment right. It's also an needless financial burden to parents and staff. So please sign the petition.
