Members of SVRA want a full 7 person Board of Directors

WE (members of Star Valley Ranch Association) feel the importance of a full 7 person Board is needed in order to conduct business, move ahead with progress and avoid deadlock votes. There are very important issues that need to be addressed that will acquire a majority vote.

We feel the Chairman of the BOD should vote only to break a tie not to create a tie. If this is the only option to resolve the problem we ask the current Chairman to abstain from this very important vote to elect a new director.

There were six applicants that applied for the vacant seat on the Board that was opened after the resignation of Bob Horton as of 8/14/2014 which ended in a tie vote of the six remaining directors. The vacant seat to be filled will be until our next election to be held on June 27, 2015.
