Grant's Kung Fu Academy applied for use & occupancy from Upper Darby Township to establish business at 2327 W. Marshall Rd., 19050. However, Upper Darby Township has denied our U&O due to zoning.
We have submitted a zoning application to permit use of a C-1 zoned building for a martial arts school. Martial Arts school fall under category C-2. We are attending a Zoning Variance Hearing, Oct. 30, 2008 to change the building zoning from C-1 to C-2.
