Many of the managers who work for Apple Texas have been employed through this group of restaurants for greater than 5-10 years.
We signed on with a company that offered many benefits. One of the benefits was being able to share Thanksgiving and Christmas with our families. Two days out of 365 that our families know they will have our undivided attention.
We, the undersigned, call on Apple Texas Restaurant leaders to continue with an established policy of not opening the restaurants on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
As restaurant managers we make ourselves available to work many long hours throughout the year and ask that we have two days to spend entirely with our families. This is a tradition that our families have come to know and appreciate.
