Hair Regulations on length of hair for males is discriminating indicating a sexest attitude. Are we as young people not to be taught that males and females are to be treated fairly? In this case of hair we are not. the fact that males are being treated less human in a way than females is not showing or teaching us to be fair.

It is causing un-happiness within the school and in the big picture it is preventing a pleasant connection between pupil and teacher, and this has been the case for years! The school is not able to control every aspect of their pupils lives and in fact they are not required to. Hair is part of who we are and how we express our selves, sure keeping it neat and under control in certain environments might be required but it doesn't have to be cut down to 2cms in length to be neat. we can tie it up ect.

The students of High Schools would really like it if you signed our petition.

You would be signing for the change in male hair regulations at High Schools, so that the males will have the right to grow our hair as the females are aloud to, we would still however keep it neat and tied back when it reaches a certain length. We are after all, just as human as they are.
