Club Neutral offers entertainment to the city of Saginaw. It hosts comedy shows, dance offs, concerts and live bands.

We, the undersigned, are calling on the city of Saginaw to remove the surveillance camera from gallagher and prescott street.

We also are requesting the City of Saginaw to place those cameras on genessee and weadock street to ensure that downtown business owners that are complying with the law are allowed to keep their businesses open.
