Petition To Make Abortion A 1st Degree Misdemeanor Within 50 Miles of The Border Of Kauai County, Hawaii.

The intended purpose of this petition is for the act of human abortion to be made into a 1st degree misdemeanor within 50 miles of the borders of Kauai County, Hawaii.

Law Pertaining To Persons That Commit Abortion Within 50 Miles Of Kauai County Borders: The act of abortion, if committed within 50 miles of Kauai County borders, shall be punishable by a minimum of 6 months in jail, or in the act of hard labor, and a minimum fine of $10,000(Ten-thousand dollars). The exact penalty shall be decided by a Kauai County judge in a Kauai County court of law. The maximum penalty for hard labor shall not exceed 14 hours per day, and the criminal must not work on Saturday. The money from the fine shall be distributed according to a vote taken by the Mayor of Kauai, and at least 10 other county officials chosen by the Mayor of Kauai, including the judge that convicted the criminal.

Law Pertaining To Persons That Support An Act Of Abortion Within 50 Miles Of Kauai County Borders: Persons that are involved in the support of committing an act of abortion within 50 miles of Kauai County borders shall be punished by a minumim 5 months in jail, or in the act of hard labor, and a minimum fine of $9,000(Nine-thousand dollars). The exact penalty shall be decided by a Kauai County judge in a Kauai County
court of law. The maximum penalty for hard labor shall not exceed 14 hours per day, and the criminal must not work on Saturday. The money from the fine shall be distributed according to a vote taken by the Mayor of Kauai, and at least 10 other county officials chosen by the Mayor of Kauai, including the judge that convicted the criminal.
