Background (Preamble):
Condominium Declaration: Avalon Hills Condominiums
Article 5, Section 5.1 Duties of the Association
Arizona State Statue, Title 33, Chapter 9, Article 3-33-1247.
Failure to enforce,
1. The fencing and gates in the community have not been completed and have fallen into disrepair.
2. Lawn is dying in multiple areas of the complex and has not been maintain in other areas of the complex.
3. Trees are dead or dying in the complex.
4. In the 2009 budget, our monthly dues were increased to maintain the complex as will as buy new gym equipment. No new equipment has be installed and the current equipment is in disrepair.

We, The undersigned, Are requesting that the Avalon Hills Condominium Association:
1. Repair and complete the fencing and gates in the community.
2. Maintain the lawn in good working order.
3. Cut down and/or replace the dead/dying trees in the complex.
4. Repair/replace gym equipment.
5. Consistently maintain the common areas of the complex.
