Remove stray dogs from the City of Progreso

I M. Alicia Piña a tax payer of The City of Progreso am requesting for the City of Progreso to provide the citizens with the service of an Animal Control, due to the high number of stay dogs.

This is beginning to be a menace to myself and others in the CITY of PROGRESO Citizens; I can’t take a safe walk in my neighborhood without being chased by stray dogs. My neighbors have been bitten by dogs on my street. I have to take a stick to protect my family from being bitten at the Progreso City Park.

For this reason I am requesting the City of Progreso to provide this services that are not available to tax payers of Progreso. This will also help the flee infestation to decline as well for further breeding to accumulate more population to this infested k-9 epidemic.

Please respond to my request within 45 calendar days for your plan of action. I have gone to City scheduled meeting, but they were not being met at the schedule time. I waited 1 ½ hr. but no one even bothered to show up, for this reason I am requesting it in writing. I thank you for taking the time to read my request.
