Years ago on Long Wave Radio there was a superb station called Atlantic 252. This then got replaced with some rubbish talk station and has since been replaced by RTE 2FM.
There are now a large number of radio stations that ceased to broadcast years ago all making a comeback, such as Radio Caroline and Radio Luxembourg but this time using more popular methods of transmission such as via the Internet, Sky Digital, DAB and Digital Radio Mondial.
I think it is high time that RTE & Radio Luxembourg also does the same for Atlantic 252 and brings us a decent radio station to listen to in the UK.
We the undersigned call on RTE/Radio Luxembourg to re-launch Long Wave Radio Atlantic 252 across the UK via the Internet and/or Sky Digital/DAB.
