Lidl are looking to redevelop this site providing a new foodstore with a 1424 square meter sales area, 88 customer car parking spaces and 24 residential. The new foodstore will offer a limited range of products necessitating ‘top up’ shopping encouraging customers to use surrounding retailers in the established local centre. The new foodstore will also provide 40 new jobs for local residents.

Benefits to Epsom

The redevelopment of the Upper High Street site will provide many benefits to Epsom town centre and the local area.
