Target: Nigerian Federal Govt and the British Courts

Background (Preamble):
It was reported that “embezzled funds” by ex Governors of various states in the Federal Republic of Nigeria were withheld by the British Courts under the British Proceeds of Crimes Act and money Laundering Act - At a conservative estimate this figure runs into millions if not billions of dollars.
None of the organisations which include Banks & Estate Agents in which the monies were placed in were not prosecuted nor fined in accordance the law in Britain which shows that the international law was not upheld or that another rule of law was applied.

Petition:
We the under signed seek the Federal Government together with the EFCC to retrieve Nigeria's monies [ i.e & e.g Bayalesa Delta State and Plateau ] that have been withheld by the British Courts in the name of Justice.
Under international Laws proceeds of crime monies can only be confiscated by the nation in which the crime was committed in , e.g if stolen in Nigeria only Nigeria can confiscate the monies .The monies were not allegedly stolen in Britain and as such Britain has no rights[Jurisdiction] to hold on to the monies.
Lastly the British courts operate a rule of law Section 19 C Race Relations Amendment Act 2000 which violates various of articles of the Declaration of Human Rights including the right to a fair trial and the right to not be discriminated against based upon race. The Lack of fines or prosecutions of others in the cases of alleged proceeds of crime e.g Estate agents and Banks etc confirm that an unequal scales was used to asses the matter.
We the undersigned seek the monies from the British Courts via the Federal Govt of Nigeria and the EFCC to be returned to Nigeria and the Nigerian people.
