Nigel the cat has adopted Bev & Kim Barter as his humans. His home is the quaint little haberdashery store in the Sydney suburb of Penshurst called Busy Bee sewing.
Nigel is a celebrity with many locals now visiting the store just to say high to this very quiet and unassuming cat. However, Nigel does have one enemy, the landlord who has given instructions to Bev to "get rid" of Nigel or face eviction from the premises. I amongst most of the Penshurst locals want Nigel stay.
