Lobo is a comic book character that historically was a member of the L.E.G.I.O.N. and then R.E.B.E.L.S. with a great interaction with Vril Dox II. When Tony Bedard restarting R.E.B.E.L.S. this year, he was told by the powers that be at DC comics that he could not use Lobo as a character in the series.
Dear Mr. DiDio,
Please allow Tony Bedard to make Lobo a member of R.E.B.E.L.S. in his excellent comics series. Bedard is writing an excellent series and Lobo would be the cherry on the top of the sundae.
