Legalize Fireworks In Massachusetts

We the people of Massachusetts, feel that we should be allowed to possess and use Fireworks just as the other 45 states in witch they are legal.

There are alot more dangerous things that are legal in Massachusetts already, such as cigarettes, lighters, matches, blow torches, motorcycles, biclycles, knifes, firearms, just to name a few.

So why don't we atleast Legalize some cunsumer Fireworks, if not all in Massachusetts. Even if takes placing a legal age for the use possession, we should set an age 18, for the person allowed to ignite the fireworks device.
