We are here urging the Maltese Government to decriminalize and legalize the personal use of Cannabis and also it’s medical use in the Maltese Islands. Some countries within the global world such as Spain, Portugal have already taken this necessary step.
The local government has already spent millions in order to prosecute individuals in court for the use of cannabis. These people are not criminals; they never hurt anyone or committed any crimes.
Decriminalization would prevent these atrocities from happening whilst Legalization will go a long way in stopping the feeding of the criminal industry.
