Please Consider Re-Opening my Account - IM NOT A CHEATER!
Hi, My name is Mark Olive Lester Pajet, Im from the Philippines. My account has been suspended 23 hours ago, Dec 11, 2012 at 10 pm.I would like to seek justice for this and please consider Re-Opening my account and make a thorough investigation for the alleged cheating your group had accused me as "cheater". Investigate & validate first before you suspend anyone's account.
I have been playing War Commander for quite a long time, 9 mos to be exact until last night when the computer generated message prompted that my account got suspended. Let me clear this, I am not asking how you detect cheating because I know myself I didn't engage in any form of cheat or whatsoever. I do not share my personal information with another player so I'm sure no one had utilized the thing "Cheat".
Playing War commander game for almost a year becomes a hobby, my form of stress relief after a hard days work as a tricycle driver. I spent 3-4 hours a day in a computer shop just to play the game, not mentioning the time, money, effort, and so many sleepless nights in each event just to get the prize is NOT A JOKE.
I know I don't earn much with my Job even it is hard, working rain or shine but I am proud for it is HONOURABLE & DIGNIFIED JOB. I am saying this in relation to the false accusation anyone is saying against me. I am not the kind of person to cheat on myself just for a game. I'm a family man with two little kids who doesn't approve me playing this game BUT they do not stop me because they know it makes me happy to explore my world from the other dimension of War Commander.
What is NOT acceptable for me is when I found out my account got suspended for no reasons and explanations or maybe other players reported me as cheaters, I don't know how you judge a person I hope not just by entertaining other players petty & useless reports.
This is CLEARLY UNJUST & UNFAIR. PLEASE I NEED an explanation, and give me opportunity to defend my self, explain and be heard before making a decision to suspend. I hope you will properly address my issue and PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME COMPUTER GENERATED Auto-Reply MESSAGES like what you are sending to those guys who are suspended prior to this. Thank you. - Mark.
I/ We , the undersigned, call KIXEYE Game Developer of War Commander to please give us back our accounts and consider re-opening it and let us play the game again.
Also have a special group to conduct a thorough investigation before accusing anyone a "cheater". And issue warning to players first before you sanction of a misconduct.
I/ We want justice and fairness to this issue which has causing me distress. Please show some proof of that alleged Cheating, give us some explanations.
