Like many other homeowners currently living in the Kings Gate Subdivision, I do not agree with the current bylaw of not allowing trailers to be stored in driveways and believe that this is a violation of our human rights. There are many of us who use our trailers for businesses, and some as their sole source of income.
I further believe that the HOA is hurting us by making our subdivision less marketable; meaning with all the rules such as no trailers, and the high HOA dues, our homes are being bypassed over to more less stringent neighborhoods like Rosemont who does not have an HOA or dues and their home prices are comparable to ours.
By signing this petition you are agreeing that we want to change the Kings Gate convenant/bylaws to allow trailers to be parked in the driveways and/or on our property.
Trailers can not be home made, must be being used regularly, must be maintained and in proper working order, properly licensed, and can not be used to store any type of garbage or debris longer then 48 hrs.
We, the undersigned, call The Tiehen Group to delete the no trailer covenant/bylaw.
