The Deerfield Board of Selectmen recently voted to nearly double the rent of Kidz Komfort Zone.
This increase is a heavy blow to a small business who is providing a much needed service that benefits the working families of Deerfield. This town needs Kidz Komfort Zone to stay in business.
We, the undersigned, call on the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Deerfield to reconsider their vote for a $1600 per month increase in rent to Kidz Komfort Zone.
We feel that a lower increase that is more affordable should be considered in order to allow Kidz Komfort Zone to remain in business.
