Background (Preamble):
Raila has no history of speaking the truth. He has put the country under a lot of pain e.g. He attempted to get the presidency through the back door:- he master minded the 1982 attempted coup, and through signin of non-transparent MOUs with fundamentalists groups.
On the day of elections he claimed through the press that his name was not in the register, which was obviously untrue - but triggered alot of unrest amongst his euphoric supporters.
Raila was ok with the results until he realized that all his strongholds results had been announced and kibaki's were yet to be announced. He panicked and has since been throwing tantrums. RAILA CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO LEAD KENYA.
