| 68 Signatures |
Target: WNSB 91.1
Region: United States of America
Web site: http://www.2irie.com
Petition Background (Preamble):
The Caribbean Connection and Reggae Innovation are two of the best radio shows that come on every Sunday by way of WNSB 91.1 radio station or live streaming over the internet. DJ’s Lady Cham and Cree Michelle bring news, entertainment and keep you updated to what is going on in the Caribbean community.
They are also dedicated to bringing an awareness to our audience regarding health issues, Caribbean heritage, listening to positive radio, giving to others and most importantly learning how to put God first.
Lady Cham is a stage 4 breast cancer survivor and all 3 DJ’s are passionate about the charity ‘Run Weh Di Cansa’ through which many cancer survivors are helped with medical and nutritional needs.
The community needs a radio station so committed and dedicated to educating the people and contributing to charities with their music. Without these programs it would be a disservice to the local community and the people connected across the globe.
Doug Perry of WNSB is tryng to cancel the shows. Please show your support so that we can continue to enjoy Jah's music, news, and culture by way of Lady Cham and Cree Michelle. BLESS IT UP!

Petition:
We, Jah's people and the listeners of The Caribbean Connection and Reggae Innovation, request that WNSB continue to provide this much needed and loved service to the community here in Norfolk, all of Virginia and across the globe. It would be a disservice to the community and listeners if the shows are canceled.
There is no other radio station that provides such music, knowledge, news and event information the way that The Caribbean Connection and The Reggae Innovation does.
