Keep the planned industrial estate for Cranbourne West. We were told when we purchased our land that across from ambrosia estate would become an industrial estate and now someone wants more money and to make it residential... say no!
No to more cars on our local roads, no to more kids in our brand new school, let's not overload our community.
There is already enough housing and an industrial estate brings people more job opportunities closer to home.
Wouldn't you like to work 5 minutes from home?
We the undersigned would like the land on Hall Road and Westernport Hwy across from Ambrosia Estate to stay Industrial!
