Background (Preamble):
The owners of Con Gusto Cafe are asking the City of Hood River to extend their permitted business closing hours from 9:00 pm to 11:00 p.m. Originally the owners had not anticited as popular a dinner crowd and would like to continue operating as a full service cafe offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Dinner operations have become crucial for the financial operations of Con Gusto. Your support of this change is needed.

Holsteins/ConGusto has requested an amendment to the original site plan review permit issued on May 14, 2003 asking for 1. an extension of business closing hour from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm and 2. additional employees to correspond with increase in busines hours. The property is located at 7th and Oak Street;#N 10E 25CD Tax Lot #6600. THe Property is zoned General Commercial (C-2). We want to keep Con Gusto open.
