Bernard Street has always been a residential neighborhood street. Which is why we don't want a private rehab facility operating out of any home on our street.
The density, traffic and congestion that this would bring could undermine the quality of our neighborhood and the safety of our street.
We the undersigned urge the Costa Mesa City Council to investigate the density, traffic and congestion a private rehabilitation facility operating out of residence on Bernard Street would bring.
