Background (Preamble):
After the Football Conference AGM on June 11th 2011, it was decided that Bishop's Stortford FC would be moved into the Conference North division due to Rushden and Diamonds FC's demise. This move would greatly impact on Bishop's Stortford FC and should not be allowed to go ahead.
