In recent circumstances, our A.P. art class is being forced to be cut down due to reasons that aren't clear. It will either be forced to start at 7 A.M. or be in a class with Art 3, Art 4, and A.P. Art. BEcause of the four different types of cirriculums, this class would be extremely difficult to manage, and in the end the students will suffer.
They say it is because of our small class size that we cannot have our class but it has come to our attention that other smaller class sizes are not being cut next year. Why target the arts?
We, the undersigned, are calling immediate action to reinstate Advanced Placement Art to the way it has been for so many years before us.
We want art in our school, do not let them take it away.
