This is in regards to Prisoner Papish a child rapist. We are requesting this predator stay in prison. His victim, was an innocent Toddler. No child should ever experience what Papish did to her, never. She will carry these scars forever, what makes it an even more of a crime is now she must as an Adult endure these hearings. Papish took something so savagely and without care. He was only free from prison 11 days. This was family he attacked, his own niece. It is not a question if he will re-offend the question is who would be the next victim. Must stay in Prison, no Parole to Las Vegas/Henderson Nv and not to an unsuspecting Chicago, IL. area.
