For the past five year's my family has been ripped and torn apart because of not meeting income requirement's via old taxes, and the federal income median of 125% for non federal government employees. The USCIS provided adequate care beginning the process. But once the document's moved to the NVC it became a living nightmare. Any calls made to them took hours to wait. Then 75% of the time the Staff was rude, refused to get a supervisor on the phone, also they even threw myself back into the cue of calls all because they weren't allowed to wait on a supervisor to answer the call. After document's were already gathered by the USCIS, the NVC demanded Original document's of item's already gathered by the USCIS.

I married on foreign soil, I had one marriage license on my person brought with me. After being told if I didn't provide the document my spouse's visa would be denied. My spouse held the same document, and could have proven so at a local Embassy. Also, I had been told my family could co-sponsor, in the beginning I thought what a great idea. Then I changed my mind, removing co-sponsor's, completing document's in writing for them to be removed. When it arrived at the Local Embassy, document's scanned into computer's via USA, could not be seen by the Embassy, which keeps insisting on a co-sponsor, that was not needed. Income verified here in the United State's current income of over $32,000 could not be used to care for a family of three, insisting my taxes were low.

I currently send my spouse income, which was also shown as proof in our file, yet the Embassy told us how ridiculous you have so much proof, which was requested by the USCIS stating they needed every year. The Embassy-Casablanca refused to review the document's removed the I864 stamped by the NVC, by sending them home with my spouse after an interview in which your Staff made fun of my Spouse for speaking English. Then had the audacity to tell my spouse there was no I864 form. After much up roar between my spouse and myself it was located and returned. But not before I was made to pay to send internationally another one which was refused, because of no NVC stamp. I'm a Citizen of The United States, I was born and raised here. The Embassy in Casablanca stated to my Spouse they do not have to listen to the USCIS or the NVC, I submit to you Congress and the lawmakers then whom do they have to listen too? No one inside that Embassy spoke English, when I called it was transferred to the Guard Shack outside the Embassy.

My Family has been harassed enough, made to feel less then worthy, I personally will stop at nothing to see that this Embassy is closed. And the Staff never work's anywhere in our remaining Embassy in Rabat. And since when is it ok for a security guard to know pertinent facts of any case? I witnessed a guard telling a interviewee he can come interview, but would not be getting his visa. I was made to wait like a dog across the street from my own Embassy, then flagged as if I was to know I was next to be seen.

Thank you for your time, and respect to the request set forth.

We, the undersigned, and Citizen's of The United States ask for K3 Spousal visa reform. First we ask that the median income be at 100% for all, not just government employee's.

Next we duly request that income proof be met by current income not the last three year's taxes, as required by the I864 form. We also request that any marriage lasting more then three year's, has proven it to be a legit, and viable marriage. Therefore creating a union giving first priority to visa number's, over any and all lottery visa's world wide.

Also Embassies on Foreign soil should be governed locally here in the United States making final decisions on American soil, and not abroad, Also allowing Embassy to give visa to said immigrant after proof is met, in the United States.
