Alex, was a family pet, who was shot in an act of vengeance.
Alex, was a friendly loving dog who's only desire was to be shown attention and to be loved. He was shot while on his very own leash.
This is outrageous and does not seen acceptable by anyone who knew and loved Alex.
More dogs, children, and innocent bystanders are at stake. This is a case more than criminal mischief, it is also a crime of terrorism, of bullying, and intimidation.

We, the undersigned, call upon the Attorney General, not to turn a blind eye on these heinous actions towards this innocent pet caught in the crossfires.
We ask that more than just criminal mischief charges be imposed upon the actors in this crime.
We are also asking that the Attorney General present this case to the Supreme Court.
We want justice for Alex.
