The Chilas massacre took place on 2 April 2012.
The passengers were travelling on buses from Rawalpindi to Gilgit and when they arrived at KKHW (Goner Farm), were forced to stop by 40 people riding motor-bikes with a back-up of 2000 terrorists. This simply was not possible without the inside help of the Pakistan Army and Secret Services.
The previous massacre was even carried out by the people in uniform. How it is possible that the movement of thousands of people carrying weapons, would not be in the notice of Military Intelligence? The area is directly under Rawalpindi Corps Commander with heave military presence close to the subject site.
We therefore demand for an immediate arrest of all culprits and justice to victims. Some of the killers can be seen in the video where they are trying to identify a member of Shia community from his back before to kill him.
