A 30 year old Muscatine Iowa man who is on parole has been charged with beating a 4-month-old puppy to death with a baseball bat.
It is alleged that Zachary Scott Meerdink took the dog and an alumium baseball bat outside, where he beat the dog to death with the bat just for urinating on the floor.
