13 criminal charges against undertakers!!!!
No family should have to go through what Luke's family have suffered. You trust undertakers to look after your loved ones not mistreat them.

I need everyone's help to get justice for my husband.
Luke passed and after entrusting in him to a funeral home with instructions to embalm they failed to do what was asked without notifying me that they could not do what I had asked.
They let my husband decompose and then we had to make the horrendous decision to have Luke moved and was told in fact he was never embalmed. I wanted Luke home the day before he was laid to to rest.
Unfortunately due to the first undertakers leaving him go in a bad way Luke's beautiful little girls never got the chance to say goodbye and now I have to live with a memory of my husband no one should ever see.
Trading Standards took on the case and with 13 charges against the undertakers. It was booked for a 2 day trial in court only to be told on the day of court the case has been dropped. How can this be!
We need answers and justice for Luke and my family. Please help get justice for Luke and my family!
