If Plumadore is convicted under all three current charges against him, he stands to spend between 45 and 71 years behind bars. That depends on aggravating circumstances, mitigating circumstances, the judge's discretion, and whether the judge decides to allow the sentences to run concurrently or consecutively.

Aliahna Lemmon, a 9 year old girl brutally murdered and dismembered. This little girl deserves justice.
If found guilty, Michael Plumadore may only be facing 45 to 60 years. That is not enough. Convicted child killers do not deserve to sit in prison and have 3 squares a day, play basketball and watch tv at our expense. If convicted, the death penalty is suitable. Aliahna deserves justice. We must demand the death penalty.
