Johnny Gutierrezs Family and the community of alamogordo new mexico want to do a petition to ask the governor for a pardon for Johnny Gutierrez.
Mr. Gutierrez has been incarcerated since Aug. 29 1991 cause no cr-1990-233 Mr. Gutierrez was given a 72 year sentence We feel he was wrongfully judged Mr. Gutierrez has been in prison for the last 20 years we the family and the community of alamogordo feel he has done his time and was noy given a chance please consider looking into his case and giving him a pardon and sending him home to his family.
They also need a second chance to get to know their husband, dad, grandfather, and great grandfather Mr. Gutierrez is going to be 60 years old. He is a good man who made some bad choices in his life Mr. Gutierrez deserves a chance to show you, his family, and the community he can make it and make better choices We hope you take time to look into his case and consider giving him a pardon for time served or considering parole.
