We the residents of Norton living on and around John Scott Blvd, request the installation of street lights in this neighborhood in order to promote safety for the residents and children of our neighborhood.

After inspection, poles on John Scott Blvd have all wires and transformer necessary to install the street lights. The cost of installing those lights should be low but the benefits of them are much greater.
