Investigate death of Con Edison Worker Killed in Chinatown

I am asking everyone, friends, family - to sign this petition to have the Manhattan DA investigate this case of senseless killing of a well-loved family man who did no harm to anyone & was loved by all.

With all the witnesses at the scene of the crime - no statements were taken; criminal charges files, tickets issued to the driver of the trailer truck that was speeding & ran over my uncle !! At the end of the day, he went home to his family - while I was mourning the loss of a loved one.

My family needs answers to this senseless horrific accident that broke up our family.
