WHEREAS, Global Prosecutor Ocampo and his International Criminal Court (ICC) want to prosecute our innocent American Soldiers serving overseas,

WHEREAS, if H.R. 2712 adopts our vital ICC Elimination Amendment, American Soldiers will be safer from prosecution,
