Background (Preamble):
In light of the recent rise in crime, especially towards women and children, we as a united front need to make known the urgent need for our government to take Substantial and Efficient steps to curb these heinous crimes.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on Law Enforcement and The Government at large to be more transparent when it comes to threats to our community.
We call for Sexual Offender Registry so that Law Enforcement and Social Services know where these persons are living at all times.
We call for a judicial system that do not allow molesters, rapists, and murderers out on bail because their actions alone show that they are a threat to the community.
