People who tip us expect the tips would go on the top of our salary, but basically they tip us to make up the difference between minimum wage (5.35£/hour) and 3.70£/hour!
I personally think the tips we get from customers should be on the top of our wages and I should get payed minimum wage in UK, which is by law 5.35£/hour.
