The youth of Allegheny County are falling thru the cracks! The educational systems in this area is deplorable. we demand an outlet to help the children of our communities.
The school district of Penn Hills is ranked 434 out of 606 in the State of Pennsylvania. The School district of The City of Pittsburgh is 438 out 606 in the state.
We need a successful progam to assist the educational process in this county.
We, the undersigned, acknowledge that the educational system needs assistance in this community to improve the learning process to help our children.
We think the developement of a youth center will greatly improve our youth. This youth center will assist students in their studies and also help them with social skills along with providing creative recreation.
