Clients are not receiving the care and treatment for-which the facilities was intended for the homeless clients of the Bridge.

The following petition statement lists the complaints that show the clients heart-felt concerns of mistreatment.

1. Indoors showers and repair air circulation and clean mold from ceiling to prevent health issues.

2. More food for lunches and dinners for clients with hot drinks during the winter instead of just ice water and/or allow food to be brought in the Bridge as it was before.

3. Put all verified disabled woman, pregnant woman, blind men and disabled men, first in all lines.

4. Disabled and elderly clients should be placed on a priority list for placement into apartments.

5.Honor veterans that show proof of service I.D. in the U. S. Armed Forces at the gate that would allow them to stay over-night to obtain the Bridge I.D. and Services.

6. Honor verified married couples with the same care-manager and the same care provided.

7. Direct client stand in a line pointed at the front gate at 4:45 p.m. to process out the day-pass client from the Bridge and return the night/day clients without being stuck out in the cold and sent through needless searches that has already been conducted.
