Background (Preamble):
Because there are millions of illegal immigrants driving on our roads of California without a driver’s license nor insurance, we should allow them the right to a driver’s license which will ensure proper training of driving and laws.
We, as a state of California, have a high rate of Hit-and-runs, due to many drivers who are too scared to stick around due to no drivers license or insurance, and many times vehicles are not registered.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the Government of California to change the current License law, and allow anyone to apply for a drivers license, regardless of residence status.
This will ensure that everyone driving has proper training of driving laws, and will allow all to have proper vehicle registration and insurance coverage.
By doing this, we are all taking part in lowering our current insurance rates.
